Angel Message of Week; Energy. Your energy level rebounds to turbo charge. It had recently dipped low, which is a natural part of life’s ebb and flow for the body to rejuvenate. You must remember that you can’t control everything. You can, however, control how you respond to circumstances. A little TLC (tender loving care) goes a long way. Renewable energy for our bodies come in the form of rest, food, and exercise. These basics building blocks help restore spirit. As well, spending time with those you love and doing what you love naturally increase endorphins and thus, your vitality. Pay attention to your body signals where energy soars. Your heart always knows.

Openness. Be open and receptive where your energy is restored this week. Do more of it! Certain people, places or things will light you up. Pay attention, particularly this week, to these power points. They’ll be especially clear and indicate you are on the right path. For instances, H.S. student activist David Hogg and fellow students lit up air waves reinstating gun activism due to the dreadful shooting in Santa Fe. They encouraged media to stop profiling shooters on air to control copycat crimes. Reigniting passion doesn’t always have to come from misfortune. Be mindful of positive energies too.

Delight. Delightful interactions can re-energize you. Someone’s smile or special key words can bring about high vibrations in your body. The Beach Boys sang how a girl brought about Good Vibrations. It can be something you do, without thinking, that boost adrenaline levels. A surprise reunion, a connection, or mixing socially with a group of people that give you a high (without mind altering substances 🙂 Stay tuned to your body’s signals for these subtle keys and how they apply to your big picture.
