Pay attention to what matters most to you. Your best intentions can fall wayside if you aren’t doing the necessary work. You know what to do. Stop making excuses and get busy. Like anything else in life, what you put in, you get out. Nurture your plans with tender loving care for them to advance.

Wherever you put your attention, it grows. Concentrate on what you want and not what you don’t want. Be conscious of where your thoughts are focused, the problem, or a solution. The world reflects how you see it.

Allow the heart to guide your attention. Many external sources demand notice, but not all are created equal. What is energetically draining? What inspires you? Realign your awareness where there’s a give and take for life balance and fuel your progress forward.
