I had a spiritual encounter when I was a very young girl. My great grand mother would walk to my home and walk me back to her house everyday. I loved that time of the day and I loved her. When she died I was sad she was gone, but I was also ok because I knew she was in heaven. What happened one night didn’t seem odd at the time since I had several spiritual experiences in her presence when she was alive. Anyway, one night, she woke me from sleep and told me to follow her. We went down the stairs and she had me sit at the dining room table. She told me to come with her, so I followed her. We went to a big open field. I remember her commenting on how beautiful it was. I’m sure it was, but to me it seemed just like green grass. She also seemed pleased she no longer needed her cane to walk with. We walked for a while and then came upon a group of people. She said they had been waiting for me, which didn’t make sense to me. They were all happy to see me but I didn’t know who they were? We talked for a while then she said it was time to go. She told me I would heal many people some day. I asked how and she said I would see. She also said I would not remember our time together. I remember thinking, ‘oh yes I will.’ LOL    Then she took me back and when I woke up I was sitting at a table? It wasn’t until later, as an adult, that I realized what an exceptional experience I had encountered. I now live in her house, and she is on my mind daily.
