Your spirit speaks through feelings.
Your feelings are more than just a signal—they are divine validation. The emotions that arise within you are not random; they are sacred indicators from your soul, spirit guides, angels, and loved ones beyond the veil. These feelings can confirm what you’ve seen in a vision, heard intuitively, or sensed spiritually.
Yet, feelings are fleeting. So, how do you recognize such a momentary sensation as a divine message?
When we become present—truly present—we can receive the full essence of that emotional guidance. It’s during these sacred seconds that your soul speaks.
Why Feeling Is Spiritual Guidance
When you feel peace, love, or joy about someone or something, that is a message to move toward it. These high-frequency emotions signal alignment with your higher self and divine path. It’s simple: follow your bliss, follow the vibration of love, and you’ll never be led astray.
On the other hand, when you feel anger, grief, sadness, or disappointment, these too are messages. But instead of guiding you toward something, they’re signaling you to pause and pay closer attention. Often, these feelings are rooted in fear—False Expectations Appearing Real. They arise when we cling to outcomes or illusions of control.
It doesn’t mean they are bad—it just is not the right direction for you. These emotional cues are heaven’s way of redirecting you.
Your Heart Is the Spiritual Compass
Your heart is a spiritual instrument, the bridge between you and the divine. It channels your soul, your higher self, and God. That flutter in your chest, the heaviness in your heart, the lightness, the expansion—you’re being guided.
Some people feel it as a tingle, a gut feeling, or even a physical sensation. Your instincts are sacred. They are accurate because they’re not solely rooted in logic—they’re guided by spirit. You may not always understand the entire plan, but your higher self does. And that guidance is delivered through how you feel.
If what you’re sensing causes fear, to harm, or destruction—especially to yourself or others—that’s not spirit. That’s ego. Spirit guides with love, not fear.
Feelings as Your True Compass
The most important spiritual message is this: How you feel about YOU matters most. It’s not about what others feel about you—or even how others make you feel. It’s about your truth. Your emotional response in any given moment is your sacred compass.
As Eleanor Roosevelt wisely said, “No one can make you feel inferior without your consent.” So, withdraw that consent. Stand in your truth. And remember: how you feel is your soul’s GPS.
When you align with how you truly feel—and honor it—you not only choose what’s best for you, but you also uplift everyone around you. Divine order follows divine feeling.
